“Everything is in one place. It just makes it easier for our directors to see the right info without all the back-and-forth between them, our scouting department and the analysts.” 

This was the Head of Recruitment at one of the biggest clubs in Latin America who we are about to sign. At the end of our call, I had asked, “I’m curious what you like most about what we offer… Why do you like it?” 

His response illustrated just how bananas the current siloed way of working is. 

Right now, so many teams have their scouting reports in one place, data insights in another, information sent by agents in a third, market research in a fourth, and no centralized location to view the overall state of play in their recruitment process. 

Yup. Complete bananas.

“Our directors need to know where we stand on a player quickly. They need the squad and market context, without waiting for other people to get back to them,” our new customer remarked.

Needless to say, I agreed with him.

I often find myself wondering why so many organizations operate with silos, and why they haven’t more eagerly sought a painkiller. Regardless, this team really gets it.

And I think the successful clubs of the future will, too.
